It is hard to put into words how AWESOME Nikki is!
Before Nikki, I had a lash technician for roughly 10 years, but once the COVID pandemic hit, she had to move closer to her home, which is the 249 area. I live in the west Houston, so that commute became too much for me.
Thanks to a referral from my wax lady, I was connected with Nikki. My first experience was beyond amazing and a bit unexpected. She actually washed my lashes before starting the application of new lashes. Most places and lash estheticians do not perform this extra step. Nikki does it every time and will remove any lashes that are no longer necessary, before applying new lashes. I LOVE that part most. It is just something about getting my lashes washed that I truly enjoy.
Nikki takes her time and executes precision when applying lashes. She makes sure to book enough time, so that appointments do not overlap and clients do not feel rushed. I appreciate her attention to detail and focus on me, when I am on her table/bed.
In addition to Nikki being a master of her craft, she is incredibly friendly and very sweet. It is 1 year later but I will be her customer forever! - Liz K.·
